Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong track record of using design and technology to meaningfully improve people’s lives.
With 12+ years of experience, I’m a design leader energized by shaping and influencing strategy through human-centered storytelling, and guiding teams to execute on a shared vision.
While I’ve worked across a wide range of products, my focus has been on multi-sided marketplace companies, in both Design Lead and Product Design Manager roles.
I’m currently at Lyft, leading high-priority strategic initiatives that serve both Riders and Drivers.
Previously at Instacart, I supported the business through rapid pandemic-era growth leading up to its IPO.
Before that, I designed and launched the first version of Thumbtack’s product for homeowners to hire skilled professionals like contractors.
Earlier in my career, I honed my craft at Tripadvisor and mid-size startups including Change.org and Highfive, where I deepened my expertise in visual and interaction design, prototyping, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Values & strengths
Intentionality
I believe the best outcomes come from strategic, critical thinking and asking key questions: Are we solving the right problem? Have we explored a range of design options? What’s the reasoning behind our chosen solution? This mindset helps ensure our work is intentional, well-considered, and impactful.
Transparency
I’m open with my work and actively invovle Design and cross-functional partners throughout each project. Gathering diverse feedback early and often helps us align quickly and arrive at stronger solutions, without compromising on speed or quality.
Accountability
I bring a strong sense of ownership to my work, consistently following through and proactively finding ways to keep moving forward, despite obstacles.
