Redefining Lyft for Women

To better support women and nonbinary riders and drivers, Lyft launched a new feature called Women+ Connect. I am currently leading the end-to-end design of the experience across both the Rider and Driver apps.

Instacart experienced massive growth during the pandemic, yet tips remained surprisingly low. By creating innovative, personalized tipping experiences, I redefined tipping and drove significant impact.
