In 2024, the Rewards program was not meeting the needs of drivers or the business. I owned the redesign which makes drivers feel more valued while delivering significant growth in service quality and ride volume.

Redefining Lyft for Women.

To expand and better support our women and nonbinary riders and drivers, Lyft launched Women+ Connect. I led the end-to-end experience for ~1.5 years.

Personalizing tipping for delivery.

Unclear tipping norms was impacting both shoppers and customers. I redesigned checkout, which significantly increased shopper earnings.
